Warehouse Manager

We are a Print manufacturer of labels, tags, tickets, thermal and NCR products. We are seeking the right person to manage our raw material and finished goods warehouse.
We have an opportunity for an exceptional Warehouse Manager on a full-time basis. This is a permanent position working at our East Tamaki Site.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team
- Management of logistical requirements in running a warehouse including container management
- Improving warehouse performance on daily activities.
- Inwards goods management
- Maintaining MPI certification
- Process checks and inspections as required for maintaining stock accuracy
- Ensure Health & Safety performance is integrated into all aspects of warehouse activity and is integrated into the team
- Adhere to company risk management and environmental policies.
What you need:
- Minimum 3+ years managing a warehouse.
- Have a proven work history of staff management, able to direct, guide and performance manage.
- Works well under pressure and able to priorities daily work demands
- Understand the need for continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Have a can-do attitude, and able to work with a diverse work force
- Health and safe advocate for the warehouse
- Valid / Current Forklift and Reach Truck license
- Process management, time management, and able to work with minimum supervision
- MPI Transitional Facility Operator experience preferred but training will be provided.
- Must be able to work in NZ full time.
